We have been having issues with our truck. it would stall out every time we turned the wheel hard in a certain direction. We were told by several mechanics it was oil pressure. So we took it into the dealership and they claimed the oil sludge buildup was so severe we needed a new engine. We find this hard to believe due to us being very responsible on the oil changes. Now they want to charge $8,000 for a new engine. That sounds extremely high to me. IS that what they truly are going for?

 

who did the oil changes? Im not sure what the deal with the steering has to do with engine oil pressure.... that's 2 separate issues....
