Good stuff... thanks! When I'm fully loaded (as in this pic) I have 100 gallons of water and probably close to 1800 pounds of racecar/stuff with a couple hundred of that in the back of the Ex.
I am ignorant as to the air bag set up. Can someone point me to some good info on that front? I presume that would eliminate the need for new springs? There is the chance that we will begin to drive the Ex more around town so I'd like to make whatever change keeps it driveable on a daily basis as well.
Should I hold off on bump stops until I look more into an air bag set up?
TIA!!!
Phantom, quick question off-topic: Where did you get that wind deflector and can you share some more pictures of it please?

check out Taylor Wing, they are in the Sacramento area. a buddy gave me one so I could be a big pimpin trucker lmao
I put it on my golf cart but it was stolen
Well, I got them installed a couple of weekends ago and took her for a trailer-laden spin this past weekend. I dropped the hitch about 3 inches and everything rides nice and level now at 45psi. With the racecar in it I may have to bump it up a few pounds, we'll see this week.
Unfortunately I just got the Ex back today from the mechanic after she started pushing coolant last weekend... dang those super powerful 6.0's! So after a very, very large check, I now have an essentially rebuilt top end 6.0 with all the trimmings (studs in addition to the EGR delete from before, etc.).
Now I need to do a little FICM voltage research...
So I'm off to Road America for the The Chicago Region June Sprints® at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin next weekend. Fingers crossed that she runs straight, true, and nice and cool for all ~2500 miles of the round trip!
