Armrests
I have captains chairs and custom leather covers. If you put your arm on the armrest it collapses. It also shakes from left to right. I do not know how to take it off because it is custom covered. Can the problem be fiexed between the armrest and the seat or do i need a new armrest....thanks for the help.

I would look at the cover closely, they often have a zipper on the bottom side to the rear and you can remove them. You could have a broken stop, broken mount pin, or its just loose. Or the armrest itself could be wallowed out at the bushings. Depends on the manufacturer on whether you can get a replacement. If they are part of a conversion package you may have to contact the conversion company. If they are just recovered Ford seats you can probably order the armrest if the vehicle isnt too old.
