I have a 1973 f250 4x4 chassis with to the best of my knowledge has a 428 transplant backed by a c6. The truck has a edelbrock streetmaster 4bbl intake with a fresh rebuild motocraft 2150 2bbl. Long tube headers with cherrybombs thats it dumps under cab and leaks at heads. I belive it also has a mild rv can and i installed a hei dist but have the points available still that go with it. I purchased it non running and changed both fuel filters and the oil and replaced the plugs and wires too, truck always starts with 3 pumps even in coldest weather with no choke. It also has a 7'6" western conventional plow joystick control, works great i replaced 1 hose and the joystick cables. The truck was built by the guy i purchased from so i dont know too much more about it...its never been on the road so its going too need some work. I use it to plow my drive only and have never drove it down the rd at any speed. It has an issue with the brakes locking up when their warn im not sure if it the wheel cylinders or the lines collapsing. The transmission shifts odd too but theres no kickdown cable i noticed and the shift modulator on trans looks original and could be linkage and brakes dragging too i just dont have time too look into it i was hurt in an auto accident and cant so what i used too and would like the truck to go to a good home. The truck needs odds and ends like some wiring for the tail lights and exhaust and tires. Also it currently is fed gas thru a gas can in the bed being it has a 79 cab...i currently have the truck on craigslist as well i would have to get $2800 very firm for it and i wont deal unless you come see it in persone to see how nice it really is.
