NAV off Route
Hello-
My mom has a 13 Explorer XLT with the My Ford Touch and NAV
My Pop recently loaded the maps for 2016 and since then the NAV always has the arrow off the road.
I recently drove the SUV in circles trying to get the GPS to re calibrate with the satellites and it seemed to work for a few days but then reverted back.
Any ideas?

I recommend removing the SD card and perform a master reset: How to perform a master reset | SYNC | Official Ford Owner Site

As with most mfg's navs,
since it's not their primary product and just an accessory - I've not had good luck with any of them, ford's, audi's, Monaco's - out of date maps are one thing, but their interface and routing software is not up to snuff either, IMHO...
Why we keep quarterly updated Garmins in all ours... YRMV
