need help!

88 f250 5.0 when my headlights are on my driver side blinker doesn't work at all but with lights off it does also with the blinker on the dash blinks with the blinker also I'm lost any ideas also when I turn my key on the windshield wipers wanna turn on

For the lights, you have a bad ground. Never worked on the older Ford trucks, but as of the 90s, the grounds that could cause this were often behind the kick panels on both sides.

Wiper, don't know. Might be a bad switch.

Also, concentrate on forming whole sentences, complete with punctuation. It makes it easier to read and comprehend instead of us trying to decipher one long run-on string of words.

Bad ground which can be caused by a corroded socket. Your problem is going to be in the front driver's side marker/turn assembly.
