E-150 Rotor problems- 2001

Hello All, Iam trying to do some reasearch into brake problems that we have had on our 2001 E-150 Van. Only 21K miles and allready had the front brakes replaced four times...Warped rotors. We do not tow anything with our van...I suspect a problem from the factory, but the Ford dealership and Ford customer care say Its my fault that the brakes failing and they have no reported problems.
Can anyone help me out with some info on this problem, or point me in the right direction to get some info on my problem.

Rotors usually warp from being hot. I would look into sticking calipers. Also, verify that the back brakes are working properly and are pulling their share of the load when stopping. The front ones could be doing all of the work.
