I don't use a torque wrench on them. I tighten the inner nut as tight as I can with a 18" breaker bar to seat the bearing, then back it off 45 degrees or so depending on how the hubs feel when spinning them. Then the outer nut goes on as tight as I can get it. Unless you are going to repack the bearings, the hub does not need to come off to replace the brake pads.
2 1/2" four prong socket? You should be able to get them at most auto parts stores. I know Lisle makes a combo front and rear spindle nut tool. Hope this helps.
