Was surfing Ebay....
and came across some truck ads. This place likes their bumps, but in my knowledge of the quirks of bumps I seem to see some issues.
This don't seem to be a real 1970:
(67 grille, 67 hood emblems, etc)
Ford F 100 Sport Custom | eBay
69 Ranger:
But sure seems to be a Custom with the lack of Ranger stuff on it. Plus the reattached tag on the door?
Ford F 100 | eBay
They have about 5 different trucks, they all seem to be built by the same person with the fit/finish and all the same kinds of details. Some are better then others, but looks to be trucks put together with a mish/mash of parts.
I do like this one, even if it is a shortbed.
Ford F 100 4x4 | eBay
Just looking for some opinions.

Look real close at the pictures, it's amazing what fresh paint and spray on bed liner will hide.
The two with 67 grilles on them don't look right. The one with the ranger emblem on the grille definitely doesn't look right.
Look close at the gap in the doors. The front gap appears to be closer than the rear gap. The first one looks like (I'm not positive) it had a patch in the bed toward the front at cab.
Something was wrong in one of the pictures with the lower molding.
I personally look close at all the gaps where hood, fenders and cowl meat.
Also where the gap in the doors are, fenders and cab.
As for the beds you need to crawl under them to see rust or evidence of patching.
If you study the pictures real close you can see they're hiding imperfections.
They are nice looking trucks, what they are asking is way to high.

I knew this would get some comments.
I was surfing for a '92-96 for a daily driver and though I would check out the bumps. That place came up and after looking at a few of them I could see they were used car lot specials. Likely built all around the same time, buy the same person, just making them "look shiny". Too many "what's that" or "why did they do that" or "that isn't suppose to be there". The one data plate held on by those 3/4" head rivets was the icing on the cake.
I don't know off hand what options came with what, but the Ranger bed emblems were likely "paint shop upgrades", as I don't think a truck with rubber floor mats and no window chrome would be a "Ranger". Or am I wrong?
It looks like a few have disc brake front ends on them. The shields on the back side of the rotors are not for drum brakes.
I went and looked again, yup that "69" is a '67 grille. The number of bars is not correct to install a Ranger emblem. Wow.
There are lots of bumps on Ebay wanting some crazy money, and I see lots of the same issues as these trucks.

Lets look at this 1970 with the 67 grille. I believe there are 54 pictures for this listing when you scroll down.
Now look at pictures #5, #6, #9, #11, #26, #27 and #28
Tell me what you see wrong in these pictures.
Pictures #5 and #6 show same problem.
The last three show the same problem, just different views.

Pictures 5 and 6 show drivers side headlight bezel not sitting correctly on grille.
Pictures 9 and 11 show fender to door gap. There's a lot hidden that paint is covering.

I never took the time to pick them apart, yet. I knew I would never even thing about buying one, but I knew that they were NOT quality builds. Just "used car" specials.
I have a friend with a small lot and deals in 70's kinda cars. I hear him all the time "it's got eyeballs". Meaning it will catch someones eyes and a good chance to get sold. His personal stuff is done right as he is OCD. The stuff he sells is done just enough to sell. It is a business and putting more lipstick on a pig will not make it worth more.
The place selling those trucks, if you look at all the inventory, they all look the same. Shiny new paint and detailed up to look new on the outside. And priced as such. Just hoping to find the buyer that just has to relive their past with the car they grew up with(or whatever the reason).

I hate to say this but the 72 engine & bay area looked to be the worse taken care of.
Rusty water stains so we know not using coolant. Rusting M/C lid. The rear end pinion seal leaking & TFC is leaking seal. I see AC in the cab but no compressor mounted?
Looks pretty on the out side but ugly in other places over rated.
IMO
