Anyone read the new artical on ford trucks.com? Has some power numbers for new superduty but doesn't make sense to me. Did they go down?

 

I suspect you were reading the article about the chassis cab models. They de-rate those engines for industrial duty cycles. As far as I know, they haven't released the numbers for the pickups.

 

I know they do that for the 6-750 didn't know that the 350-450 had de powered engines. An increase of 90lb ft may clue us in on reg trucks then had to be at least that. Has to be 950 then

 

They detune the 6.7 on the cab and chassis F350-750.

• 270 horsepower, 675 lb.-ft. torque (best-in-class standard)
• 300 horsepower, 700 lb.-ft. torque
• 330 horsepower, 725 lb.-ft. torque
