I use a skid loader, or the 89 f 350.
the skid loader has 2 hand controls, and 2 foot controls
the f 350 is a 5 spd.
Might just sit this one out and watch it melt.........

same here. just enough to let you know it is not quite spring yet.

by the way Charlie, the 04 is sitting outside the shop with only a large black poly bag over the engine.

we got the cab off on tuesday afternoon and the new cab is inside getting some touch ups before going on.
i have a 1 inch few holes in the trans tunnel to weld up from where they had the heater lines for the dog box going through, and a 3/4 inch hole in the roof from where they ran the lines for the lightbar. then i have to cut the hole for the 4X4 shifter, add a few studs, and drill a few holes in the floor to mount the XLT bucket seats, it is a XL bench cab. i am keeping the XL rubber floor mat in it, the carpet is too hard to keep clean.

came off an old county animal control truck.
surprisingly the frame is still in very good shape, i don't even have to paint it.
