I have a 2004 f350 that wasn't getting enough fuel pressure, so I changed the pump and now I'm not building any pressure at all, not even at the hfcm. Don't know what to do...
So when you take the top filter out and someone turns the key to on, the top bowl is not filling? That probably means the bottom filter is not in correctly and opening the bypass? Does it run with key on, you should easily hear it....
When you put the new filter in did it have a thick oring around the pump? That separates the hfcm to build pressure without it , its just swirling fuel around.
