2014 speed sensor issue

I recently put on 35x12.5r20 AT2's on my F350. I have a leveling kit but haven't put it on yet. I was driving the other day and made a real hard right turn and all my dash warnings came on. Advance trac, ABS, and downhill decent.

Took it to the dealer and they said my bigger tires rubbed the front left speed sensor in half. Is this possible? Will my leveling kit take care of this? I really like the look of the bigger tires but don't want to worry about replacing a sensor every 10k miles, plus I tow my travel trailer. Anyway to remedy this?
