Have you tried bringing one of the good ones to a hardware store and checking through their selection? That's the route I took for the valvecover bolts on my 7.3 since someone had decided that the rear most two (1 per cover) were such a bitch they never reinstalled them.
My personal preference is Ace Hardware over the other major names, they tend to have a far superior fastener selection.
