Searched for a long time trying to find a previous post about this but couldn't find one, so if there's one that I missed, post the link please.
I have the twin I beam suspension on my 65' f100. I am going to run a 4 inch lift for it, but am wanting to run some rims with a large negative offset. Does anyone know of a company that makes rims for these year trucks with like -45 offset rims? I want the tires to stick out from the side of the truck several inches.
To each their own, but of course the spindles on these trucks were not designed for a large negative offset wheel so you will likely be putting a good amount of extra stress on the spindles and bearings if you go that route.

Yes, lots of stress. However this is going to be a weekend truck, so it isn't going to see many miles 👍🏻. Guess I'll just have to see how she holds up.
