My '02
My wife had been using the '02 since April, and I got to drive it yesterday...
She is not going anywhere near it again. The brakes are totally fried, the axle sounds really rough and the oil hadn't been changed for 10k miles. I am going to buy her a beater she can beat up on, and give the '02 to Sliknspeedy. The engine is sounding strange, like a fluttering noise, any one any clues.. I know I have to replace everything in the front end - the rotors are fried the calipers are fried, and I think the front diff is empty, or near that, so I may have to replace that, which is understandable, but the engine.. I don't know what can make a fluttering noise, that eases up when I apply fuel. I will be cahnging the oil tomorrow, I'll go to Walmart and get some delo for it.
Who else has a family member that can destroy a new truck in 5 months?
I would not have believed it was the same truck, from good truck to junk in 5 months. I am a little peeved here...
I just hope I can fix it..
