New from Florida
We recently bought a 1978 F100 shortbed...she is gonna take a lot of work, but will be worth it...it is a project for my wife and I and will be our son's first truck when he turns 16 next summer.

I'd like to start going to some shows or meets with the truck, but it just isn't driveable right now.
Just ordered a new brake booster and other items that hopefully is going to sort out my vacuum issue with the transmission.
Are there many truck events in our areas?

I'm planning to organize something in the near future. I saw yesterday that you were planning to do a cab swap. My wife and I did a similar swap with one of our trucks and got the entire body swapped Ina weekend. She swapped the wiring harness herself. If you need any help, feel free to give me a shout.
After looking more into it yesterday, it looks like more of a job than we can accomplish here...we live in the city and our garage is not that big...for now I think we are gonna try and patch and bondo the cab up until we get better prepared for the swap.
