Looks ok to me. I would use a switched power source to the togle switch so it will cut off when you shut down the vehicle. You could also use a toggle with a lighted **** to eliminate the need for the led.
One end of the LED needs to be hooked to ground, not in series with the relay coil like shown in the diagram.
I just looked at the diagram again, and the LED would not light at all if you hooked it up that way. The current would take the least resistive path, and go right around the LED to the coil, since you have the LED jumpered in the diagram.

It is a good idea to hook the wire soplying power to the switch to a cct that doesn't have power when in the off position. That way the fan if shut off when the ignition is shut off. Also, the large power wire for the relay, and on to the fan should be fed from nowhere other than the battery. You dont want a spining fan backfeeding power into where it isn't supposed to.
