Hello from Asheville, NC

Purchased a 1975 F100 yesterday and started hitting the interwebs to look for some forums and good info. Site looks great with lots of knowledgeable folks. The truck is pretty rust free, has some minor frame rust underneath but no bed rust or body rust. Frame and panels look straight. Truck was re-wired last year and all lights, switches, *****, interior and exterior lighting work (couldn't believe it..lol). Not sure what motor and tranny it has, hadn't gotten that far (I assume between the valve cover bolt assignment and plate in bay) I can figure that out. Time to go buy a Chilton's and start doing some learning and loving..
Strange thing is, the color of the truck is almost a "chevy" orange..lol I had to laugh because I know that must be blasphemy..haha

Would really like to get an older F 100 or 150, but too many projects right now. Good luck with your, though !
