cuz I've had aftermarket bluetooth decks and they did fine; when I first got a truck with Sync this wasn't an issue until probably a year ago? IDK... anyway here I am with 2016 and it still does it... so you could be right!
My brother says he has this problem with his 2012 Honda Civic, it skips and lags; mine does the same.
