C&C Frames and wheelbases?

C&C Frames and wheelbases?
Two questions I'm having a hard time finding answers to that I hope you all can help with.
1. Of the C&C frames are F350 C&C and F-Superduty/F450 frames identical? My understanding the F-Superduty/F450 will have a leaf spring moonbeam and the F350 TIB and coils.(2WD of course, both 4WD will be D60 leaf) But outside of that are they the same thickness as each other or as HD pickups, etc.?
2. Standard wheelbases, are there standard/common wheelbases? Are they largely the same as their pickup counterparts, and does anyone have a reference?
