Codys 04 f250 build thread

So this probably wont catch anyones eye but hell i love my truck and i plan on doing a LOT to my truck so i figured id make a build thread i have a 2004 ford f250 triton 5.4l 2v that was owned by my father who passed away this summer sadly, but he always love his truck and wanted to do stuff to it but as it was a work truck it wasnt really an option. now that its not a work truck im gonna take over for him and make it as best as possible! heres a few pics of her as of now.










So thats how my truck is right now but i have lots of plans for my truck so im gonna go ahead and start listing!

Engine/Performance:
4" lift kit
35x12.50r18 Yokohama Geolandar A/Ts
18x9 Raceline Wheels
4.30 or 4.56 Gears(current 3.73)
SuperChip/Tuner
K&N Air Intake
True Dual exhaust
Powerstroke swap

Exterior/Cosmetics:
05 Harley Lights/Hids
08+ Tailgate, Tow mirrors
Custom Front bumper with brush guard and rear bumper Bedlined
N-Fab or Custom homemade Nerf bars bedlined
Custom homemade headache rack w/ 50" lightbar mounted on top
20" light bar on bumper
Led fog lights
Recon Cab Lights
Replace all lights with leds(turn signals[done], brakes, reverse, cargo, etc)
Bed lined rocker panels
Bed Lined Tool Box
Bed lined pocket style fender flares
Supercab to SuperCrew swap

Thats what i have planned for now at least what I can think of off the top of my head! shoot me some other ideas, id love to hear em. lift kit will probably one of the first major things done here!

You will be happy with a 4inch it is perfect with 35's. I put a Pro Comp 4inch with GoodYear Duratrac's on and I love the way it handles and looks but it still can be used as a work truck. Look forward to seeing the build!!

Just installed LED Turn signals! Already like them alot more than normal turn signals!

It's multi color and has tons of different settings like strobe fade etc

Will be following.

If you go diesel I would skip the gearing.
5star tuning does good on the V10's not sure on the 5.4 tuning, but check them out.
Also check out KD Fabworks for the bumper light bar brackets.

That's probably a good idea considering how expensive gearing is its money I could put towards the diesel swap, but before the diesel swap is the ex cab to crew cab swap. And I'll be sure to look into 5star tuning and kd fabworks heard lots of great things about em and thanks for the sub and info

Hahaha its my latest phone app addiction.......takes about a minute to do one I've actually put my wheels and tires on alot guys trucks on here .......I should start a do you recognize your truck thread
