Yesterday, I put the rubber windshield washer hose on, installed a tailgate assist and changed the door locks to my door locks.


I need to get some plastic hose clamps to dress in the hose yet.



I cut off the black connector from the new hose (2011-2016) and plugged it rite into the 2000 hose connector.



With the step tailgate being heavier the tailgate assist is perfect!!

 

Vortex 1, I may have already asked you this somewhere in the thread. But where in Michigan you from? Trucks looking nice. Very good attention to detail.

Sorry it's been a while but there wasn't much to tell since last October except that the truck sat under cover all winter and I since changed the oil and one week ago took it to get it painted it's being worked on now. I'll post up pictures when it comes back and then I have probably two or three days to reassemble everything.

Lex good to hear from ya!! Yeah It was just stored under a cover with nothing much to tell and I've since switched jobs,sold the house and have been really busy but things are starting to calm back down.LOL

 

Life does get in the way sometimes....no doubt. I was lucky to have a bunch of clear weekends and good weather. That being said your job is much more involved than most of ours.

 

Well I have to go pick it up this weekend and I'll post up some better pictures but here is what my painter sent me.
