I'm drowning!

I've had the EX for over a week now and today we are receiving rain and snow mix. I decided to go run some errands and for some odd reason I decided to look in the back and realized there was a bunch of water coming down from the top of the Windows in the rear. I though maybe it was washer fluid because when I use the rear window washer option I hear the motor but no fluid comes out, odd. I thought maybe that was washer fluid but I use the purple fluid and this stuff is clear, so water?
Do these Windows tend to leak?

I can't see clearly but do you have the power rear vents? If so make sure they are closed fully

Sorry if this is a stupid suggestion, but sometimes things get overlooked

The vents the hear/ac comes out of? I pulled down some of the liner. I can see where the window is wet in these spots. I'm guessing the seals are bad in these spots? Its be a lot easier if it was pissing rain and snow right now.

Those windows can be opened/closed via switches on the overhead console*

*maybe not on an xlt though, can't recall.

I don't have that option. I may just do a quick fix w some silicone after it stops raining/snowing. I don't have a garage to put it in. I've taken throw a car wash and power washed it 2 times since last week and no leaks. I'm not real happy about this situation, knowing that it's raining inside my EX right now.

Sorry, I meant power rear window vents. Looking closer at the picture on a better screen it doesn't appear you have them, and as you said you don't have the buttons up on the overhead console upfront.

It's odd if both windows suddenly sprung a leak unless it was sold to you like that. Have you not owned it through any major rainstorms in the last week? Since your windows don't have the power open option, some silicone would probably work fine to solve the leaks

Nope no rain since owning it. Just a few washes and oil change. It's going in for detailing soon. I'm guessing the dealer sold me a leaky truck. They may not have known either? They had the truck less than a week.

I had an issue with water getting in the EX last year.

I took out the screw that holes the worthless luggage rack on, coated them with silicone, put the back in, and haven’t had another issue. Took about an hour or less...

Wouldn’t rule out a window seal leak either…

I'll do that too for good measure. Sadly it's been raining non-stop and doesn't looks to slow down until tomorrow. I was hoping to take picture of it in the snow for the forum. The mid west snow storm is missing my area.

Just found my whole rear carpet soaking wet. Where the hell is all this water coming from? I work the next two days so I guess I'll have to wait until Friday to strip apart the interior. But I did find this while lifting up the carpet...

Stripper clip adapter (not sure of technical name.) Those were worth gold in bootcamp and MCT.

Speed loader. They work on G.I. and P-mags.

Do you know any civilian ammo that is available on a clip? Everything I see is loose.

I bought 1000 rounds of 5.56 and it came just like it did in the military. It was about 8 years ago though.
