Don't know, Steve. Want me to find out? or I'll send you a PM
Well, I have this 72' 429 that I have been threatening to do something with for years but haven't. If he dosen't want the crown jewels for them I may be interested. Maybe I should just stick with the D2VE's that are on it. After all, I will probably just drive it and not race it! With an occasional burning of the tires thrown in for good measure.
That it does Steve. When me and some of my reenacting friends get a good cartridge rolling party going we can burn through 5 or 6 lbs of powder in about 2-3 hours.

Back down to -2. Moved a few things from the garage to the storage trailer. About 20 minutes is enough. Found some old TSBs. Ford had a problem with porous blocks back in 1965. Son's 67 Galaxie 390 has a porous block....wonder if I can get it replaced under warranty.....

Go for it, Steve.
Good evening New York, and George!
Was there even a warranty back in 65? I had a 64 but can't remember that far back.
Hi Rick. TSB also mentions replacing windshields under warranty, among other items. So there was a warranty.
I think when my father bought a 49 Chevy the "warranty" was maybe 30 days (or until you drove it off the lot)
Why do I have these old TSBs?? Who knows....
Hmm, let's see...counting back....you are an old foggy aren't you Rick...
Coming back from Ohio, a few decades ago, with my 54 F100. Stopped at a truck stop for gas. Attendant said we were driving a truck, so he pumped the gas at $.17/gal....Summer of 1967.
