Try the store here first. I saw the bearings just a few days ago and I think it was in my Mac's catalog. I'm not sure on the rag joint. The local parts store may have them.
If your bearings are shot you should check your cab mounts. Mine were bad on my 72 and I ended up replacing the cab mounts, floor pans and most of the kick panels just to get to decent metal and there was no rust through showing on the truck. I also went on in and pulled the front clip and engine to repair the seam in the firewall. The engine was a little tired so I rebuilt it while it was out and also decided to repaint the truck and replace the bent grill shell and dull bumper. WOW! talk about picking a scab. I ended up spending over $4000 on that truck and it just started out with replacing the steering column bearings.
I found an outfit that sells 65-79 f100 steering column for either automatic(column shift only) or floor shift (manual or auto). They supposedly come primed for paint, brushed or polished. Also they TILT!. Has signals and flashers. Try www.hotrodsuperstore.com If that doesn't work, search for 1967 ford steering columns and you'll find there link around number 6 or so. By the way, according to the web site, this column sets you back about $600
