Update...

New stock 192 deg thermostat is in and engine temps back to normal. Old thermostat was shot.

Glow plug relay was bad. Replaced and all good now.

EBPV is working again.. I didn't do anything. It just started working again...

There are several environmental and mechanical variations which need be met before the EBv will activate. So too for that IAH, Increased base idle. Apparently you have aligned the moon
