94 shifting issue

94 shifting issue
I have a 94 5.8 bronco Auto trans.
After running at highway speed for 7 to 10 miles the truck will downshift out of overdrive and will not up shift unless I pull over and come to a stop. At this time it begins erratic shifting, hard shifting or shifting at incorrect rpm's.
No cruse control
ABS light is on
Speedo jumps only at highway speed and very very little, almost unnoticeable.
I took it to 2 separate transmission shops. Here is whats been replaced.
I think the transmission guys are giving up. The next guess is a wiring harness.
Replaced transmission
VSS
MLP/TR sensor
Computer
TPS
Water pump and thermostat
radiator
Checked tone ring and it is in perfect condition
Also, may be unrelated, when shifting into 4 wheel drive there is a clicking sound from the glove box (3 clicks) and then it shifts into 4x4 mode.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The lack of cruise control, ABS light, and jumping speedometer are all related. The computer gets its speed information from the speedometer module. The ABS module and speedometer get their speed info from the VSS.
