You are in for quite the search, green is not the common color. I can not think of any vendor that reproduces green items.

I have a complete green passenger side Ranger Lariat door panel in very good condition. Let me know if you are interested.
You'll probably have to visit your local auto body supply store & see what paint or vinyl dye they can mix up that will match the original green. Then spray green the best of the parts in whatever color you can find. I've dyed a lot of interior parts with SEM brand & have had great results.
