you would have to get a front spring hanger, the rear shackle bracket, and a new shackle. they all have to be from a 4wd.
chances are that your rear shackle hanger has rusted through aways, and needs replaced. my '84 went bad like 4 years ago.

What about coil springs are they a straight swap? I have a Econoline van I would like to use the front coils in my f-100 to better support a big block. I guess I could measure width, but the front end has no motor weight to check the height.
