Just found out today that one of my beloved slotted mags is bent. Most of the aftermarket wheels I like are pretty darn expensive, so I was thinking about putting some stock Ford wheels on there.
What years of F-150's / Broncos, etc will work on my 74?
Also... will Mustang wheels work? Or is my hub too darn big to shove through the little hole in the Mustang wheel?
On some of the stock factory truck wheels, the back spacing is not sufficent enough to clear the steering knuckles. The 80's-90's silver style steel wheels with beauty rings and chrome caps will fit drum brake axles but not early Dana 44 disk brake axles without spacers. Most of the modular aluminum wheels from the 80's and newer fit fine.
