Ok...We did it!
Yesterday, we came home with a 2005 F250 Super cab/SB Lariat! She has the 5.4 and 136,000 miles (which is less than the 2002 F150 that is dead in the driveway). We paid $11,500 for it. The suspension has all been gone trough, it's never been off road, and a lot of work has been done to the engine and exhaust. There isn't even a scratch on the body, but the inside of is scratched up (nothing serious). It has a small rip on the corner of the drivers seat - that's about all the damage I can find.
This is the first 250 I've had since the 1978 we had back in 1991.....rides stiff (expected), but all the Amish neighbors are plotting hauling trips now....
