This was my first pass, I screwed up with my shifter and put it in the racket setting so I couldn't down shift with out going back to N, and it kinda took the breath out of it in 3rd gear when I hit that water/mud

They actually have a BBQ cookoff on Friday (I think called "Pigs In The Park") and then on Saturday they're selling BBQ plates from all those participants, we're going to include a little flyer for all our car show entrants so they can order up a plate for lunch if they want. I don't know who all is in the cookoff, and it is the night before my show, but it sounds like a good deal ($7 for a big heavy plate full, as they described it to me).

Anyone going to the RV show at the fairgrounds this weekend? I really wanted to take Mary, see if I could change her mind on camping, by showing her some of the nicer campers out there.

Well if that's what gets her out of the house so I can hit Uwharrie and the OBX more often, then it may be a serious idea. Well, that and if my bank tells me I can do it.

I like going through those RV shows, even though it isn't "Camping" it does beet setting in the house.
We almost bought a new Pop Up several years ago, but bought a house across the state instead.
But I really would like to have a camper with hard sides, a kitchen, and real bathroom in it. If Shari isn't working this weekend, and doesn't have pans for US, I'd like to get out there to that show.
