Question One Headlight Out

My truck finally has a headlight out.Would it be easier to pull the clips that hold the lens in to replace it,or go in from behind? If I do pull the clips will it mess up the lens alignment after the re-install of the lens?Should I replace the lights in pairs?

One Headlight Out

Go in from behind. Just twist the retainer loose and pull the bulb from the housing. replace the bulb and reinstal it in reverse order. Just do not touch the glass of the bulb or get any oil on it, if you do, it won't last very long and you will have to replace it again.
