Would the "whiter whites brighter brights" relay deal work on H4's? I am also thinking I would try a set of the Sylvania Ultras in my 92 F250. I can hardly drive at night any more and seriously need better lighting. I have a 13 Toureg and that lighting would be perfect for my truck.

A relay kit doesnt care what bulb it's connected to.
The direct power from the battery and better grounds will always help.
I didn't know you could get H4 headlamps for the '92 bodystyle.

Headlight relays are a great idea. They will provide more voltage to the bulbs. I would suggest Sylvania Xtra Vision. Any tinted bulb is a snake oil product. The light may be whiter, but light output is reduced. A 9007 should be the correct bulb.
