I have a 2006 250 ford, just put new head gasket with head studs, new oil cooler, deleted the egr by welding it, ran good for hundred miles but flushed it out and filled it with antifreeze and now it's steaming, sometimes it will do it and sometimes it won't and I can't figure it out, need help
Could be welds are leaking. What did you use to plug the holes?
Hopefully not freeze plugs.
I had a guy that welds everyday do it for me, looks like solid weld, can I ask why would it do it Reall bad when I turn the truck to the right while driving

Are there any valves that could let water down in the intake, sometimes it doesn't do it, then when it does it u can't see the truck like when turning
If the water was comming out of the egr, is it able to be sucked through the turbo then out the exaust
Goes from egr cooler into intake into combustion chamber and out through exhaust. Which can cause lifting of the heads and or hydrolock. To check park nose down overnight then pull the egr valve and check for dampness.
The thing is, I've put many of head gaskets on these trucks for other people and deleted the egr the same way I did this one and never had any trouble and that's why it has me puzzled, I know I have and injector sticking on it also but that shouldn't have anything to do with it right?
