Hey guys. It has been a busy few days. I started splicing fiber optic cable again. Working around Chatham. We had an emergency cut last night. A boring crew bored into a phone fiber and shut down 5 towns. It was a big deal because it shut down 911. I got to see the sun rise twice before I went to sleep. Slept most of the day today.
It just sucks that I dont have any internet at my camp. That is where I stay during the week.
Morning Todd. Yeah, it's just stupid cold up here. I did get to test out my new coat, bought an Air Force artic parka from a buddy, its in perfect shape, and is really warm!
Hey guys. Been busy trying to chase a dollar. Pulled up at my second location today and buried my truck. Soft dirt. Sink it to the running boards. The company I'm contracted to sent equipment to pull me out. Got out about 5. I decided it was beer thirty.
lol man!! what are you going to do with that warm weather!!! I'm looking for truck parts right now and reading up on possible repairs for my Expedition on the forums here.
shifter bushings on the column have gotten pretty bad so was looking in to getting those and changing them on both of our trucks. Also I'm having a shorting issue with the dome lights when opening the drivers door and the lights sometimes staying on when the door is closed and the door ajar light staying on.
