just got home from doctors office and first outpatient therapy visit.
they are amazed at my progress, and said keep up the good work.
the only thing that needs help are hamstring is very tight and needs stretching, and hips are very weak. so we will be addressing those issues along with conditioning the muscles that were repaired.
the best news though is that the driving restriction has been lifted, so i no longer have to look for rides to go anywhere.

The long road to recovery is never easy but is rewarding at the end.
