How was the "class of fit" of those "old" inch and a steenth lug nuts?
Did it take 70 pounds of torque, just to screw them down, like the ones in the eighties?

Same, same, same
I believe "all" the owners manuals said Econoline over the years
I sometimes spell out Econoline when searching for parts on Ebay
