Is it weird or is it just me? There is a Dodge ad running to the right of this forum advertising their trucks. I guess revenue is pretty important for this Ford site.
Most ads are targeted so they are showing truck ads because most people on this page enjoy trucks. They also look at your cookies and use those to target you for different things. Ever notice when you google something a lot you start seeing more ads for similar things after that. it's not by chance.
