Valve cover gaskets

Valve cover gaskets
So when I changed my plugs, I had 3 plug holes that were full of oil, and I go through about a quart of oil a month. I've narrowed it down to the gasket on that side, and there is oil everywhere. Does anyone have the torque specs for the valve cover?
