Well the bed floor was getting a little soft so the air chisel and I got to work. Sure are alot of spotwelds holding that bed floor in place! Anyhow while waiting to get the new floor plate what better time to install the goose neck hitch! It's a B&W Turnover designed for the 80-97 Ford trucks 150-350. The problem I'm having is when sitting on the frame the back of the hitch is higher than what the bed floor is.
I'm a little hesistant about notching the hitch any farther than the factory already has, there is only 1" or so left before the top bed where it sits on the frame rail. Anyone installed one of these in their trucks?? Any tips? Thanks!!
