I know what you mean Mike. I just hired a guy for that reason. I tallied up the hours of my 3 part time guys for the month, compared them to mine and and the three combined don't equal a third of my hours. That explains why I haven't had Time to put up the Chrisman lights lol

I just canned two guys Friday for being slow lazy azzez. I know it's a crappy time to fire someone but I've got more work then I can handle and if you can't keep up with the ball it's time to go. I spend a couple hours a day riding azz to get work done.

I didn't really want employees but the powder coating business took off like a rocket.
I've got the local ford and Chevy dealer(same owner) sending me several sets of wheels a month plus all the walk ins.
