I heard he's not really that smart, plus he's having computer issues at the moment so getting into the factory manual is challenging.
In the mean time, you say that ICP readings go to a default 725, how does the truck act on the Seat of the Pants meter? If the HPOP runs fine and feels like it's producing the correct power, then it's electrical or a sensor issue. If the truck falls on it's face, we need to look at the mechanical side.
I'm sure you know that, but fill the rest of us in on your symptoms. Also, were the ICP readings correct before the DIY pump? Seems strange the problem would show up the same time as a pump swap.
Did you do the ohm testing in the thread you linked earlier?
