New owner of a '95 4x4 F350 here. I want to do just the opposite as most people. I'd like to lower it. Not "slammed", just a little lower for easier loading & unloading. I'm going to be hauling stuff in the bed, and i'd like it to be at a more usable height.
I've read that i can remove the rear spacer blocks, right? But what do i do about the front? Can i put the front leafs under the front axle?
Send me your Dana 60 with leafs and rear blocks and leafs. I'll send you a Dana 50 and 3/4 ton springs.
All kidding aside, yes you could remove the rear lift block, but I don't know what you could do with the front. Springs can't be put under the axle without modification.

Lowering the rear is easy, lowering the front takes a lot. The front axle takes up a lot of space and ford made it about as low as they could stock. IMO one of the best options to meet your goals is adjustable air in the back. Up front likely the easiest option is to convert it to spring under.
