Was looking around on the Ford idi owners page on FB, ran across a guy selling a neat old banks power pack air cleaner setup for a naturally aspirated 6.9/7.3, didn't know what it was worth, shot him a price and now I have a performance-looking part for the IDI.

Cool find, Dustin.
Just between you and me since we both own IDI's, using performance and IDI in the same sentence is a stretch...LOL.........

Yep, just a neat piece that'll look good when cleaned up, cast aluminum air cleaner lid.

Looks cool. It's for your air filter?

Went to the lkq in Clayton this morning, didn't find too much for me, found more stuff for Josh though. Decided to bite the bullet and put in a put in a passenger grab handle for my short buddies and girls.

Did they have any bumpside Ford's out there (67-72, usually along the back row if they have them)

Dustin the handle looks good. What did it come out of, an Explorer?

Thanks for grabbing those pieces. Text me and let me know what night your free this week. I really think I can get it cranked up and running this weekend. May steal the battery out of the jeep to do so, but think it's not out of this world impossible.

With extreme precision I managed to straighten the bumper on Ol' Blue this weekend.

Put about 8 hours in last night in the workshop. All doors have windows finally and door locks are in. Adjusted one of the doors so it doesn't rub. Starting putting the stuff back on the fenders. Should have more parts in today to get the core support mounted, then I'll just be making sure all grounds got hooked up, then it'll be time to see if she starts, or if not why not.

As much as I hate the head liner, and want to pull the interior out right now, I think I want to drive her a few times just to remember how she feels before going to all that.
Oh the bed is back on, just needs bolting down.
