Can't get the bulb mount to turn out? If that's the case, shoot it with some lube and wiggle the thing out.

2 Phillips screws between the bumper and the lens, need to reach in there with a long screwdriver.

After the 2 screws are removed there are 2 tangs that insert into hard plastic bushings, they snap in place so it takes a firm tug to undo them.

See pic for location of tabs that the Phillips screws are holding on.

Yes they can if you have good dexterity but since he has it that far apart 2 more screws will make the task simple. ford gets a D- on that design

Thanks guys I got it last night, I really had to yank. I thought I was going to break it. Thought for sure there was something hanging up or from the back side. Pulled of the brush guard and pulled straight. Literally had to put my whole body momentum into it. Grill side stayed in butt the outer came out. So I could get in there and r/r

This lisle trim tool will take apart about 1/2 of your excursion.

Much better then yanking on those parts that are getting hard to find but also works on wire harness holders, connector holders, shroud Christmas tress, thread inserts, and just about every other plastic fitting on your ex.
