I have a 2004 Superduty, New England truck, the only place where rust is becoming an issue is the lower section of the driver side door. I'm looking for a new/used rust free replacement and found on Craigslist a company that is selling New, takeoffs, in white(My truck color) for a reasonable price. They say in the add for 08-14 SD's. And that they are manual. Does it matter if it manual or automatic and also shouldn't it be 99-14 and not 08-14. Hoping someone can tell me if it will fit my truck or not.

 

The door panel design changed in 08, as you probably know.
The design change effects the way the fingers that hold the panel, and the door latch.

I believe the electric windows will swap , the mechanism pop rivets to the door, but i believe the shell is the same between the 2.

My son inlaw , works @ the ford dealer body shop, and i will ask him , to be 100% certain.
