2wd lift

I've got a 69 2WD F250 and I've taken spacers and longer bolts from a later model 2WD to lift it about 2.5". That's worked good but now I have to bend the positive camber out (now about 5 degrees positive) to zero. I wish I could get the old Ford tools for increasing/decreasing camber. Does anyone know if they can be had?

I had an alignment shop bend them but they bowed them forward too instead of just straight down. It messed up the tie rod adjustment because it moved the I beams back and in. I think I could do it myself with the right tools. Or the option is to tak them off and have a machine shop press the bow out. Or I can by 3'' lift bent axles from Autofab out of Santee, CA for $700 which I don't think I want to do yet.
Thanks,
Rick
