If you're saying those lights go on while you're holding the key in the START position, that's the bulb check. It's documented in the owner's manual.
If, by "glow 4 or 5 times", you mean you're cycling the key off and on that many times, when the WTS light turns off, then you're wasting your time and wearing out your GP relay. The GPs run long after the WTS turns off. If you want to extend GP run time before starting, just leave the key in the RUN position for an extra 10-20 seconds.
How have you determined that the ICP and MAP sensors are "broken"? Do you have a way of reading live data from them?
So there is wiring in the engine compartment that is smoking? That is BAD! You need to be more specific about which wires.

I had a Diagnostics Tool from a Friend and see the Ford Codes 124/125 and at Work i test it with our Bosch Tester and become the same Codes on live testing the complete Truck but no way for live testing any sensors in a diagram.
And the ICP is full of Diesel

no i have a lot of white smoke on the back from my truck when i will start.
The ICP probably has oil instead of diesel in it. You will need to get that replaced. When you turn the ignition on watch the voltmeter. It will be low when the glow plugs are on. Once the needle jumps up it signifies that the glow plug relay has cycled off. Then try to start the truck
Welcome to FTE! Sounds like you may have some bad glow plugs and/or glow plug relay. Next time you try to start the truck, turn the key on and wait at least one minute before you try to start it, and see if it starts any better.

Thank you!
The glow plugs and GPR are a half year old.
I have done what you say with connectet IPC nothing so i disconnect the IPC glow and wait 30 seconds 3 or 4 startet turns and the truck run.
